Jasper County 24-Hour Release Status
As of the August 2, 2026 research review, the official Jasper County Sheriff page did not link to a recent-release feed, a public web roster, or a daily release archive. No official Texas page was found for a 24-hour, 48-hour, or 72-hour window. That absence must be stated plainly. It does not mean the Sheriff keeps no release records. It means no public interface was verified that can be read as a complete same-day list.
The primary proof is the jail’s booking and release record. It should identify when Jasper County’s custody ended and why. The reason matters as much as the time. Bond, dismissal, time served, a court order, transfer to TDCJ, and pickup by another agency do not have the same meaning. A transfer closes the Jasper jail episode but may leave the person confined.

The Texas Sheriff page identifies the Burch Street jail and Texas county contacts. Save the source URL and access date with any screenshot. If a vendor or app later adds a release view, check that its page names Texas and the correct agency, then confirm the displayed event with the jail record. Never import names or release claims from the Mississippi page.
Jasper Sheriff App Release Limits
The official Jasper County Sheriff, Texas app is a separate access channel. Its App Store listing and Google Play listing advertise inmate information and public-safety news. They do not promise a recent-release list, release timestamps, booking photographs, or a historical archive. Treat any live feature by its exact label.
If a person disappears from an app result, call the jail. An app no-result cannot distinguish release from transfer or data delay. If the app shows a release field in the future, preserve its label and update time, then obtain the underlying release record for firm confirmation. The app can help locate a lead, but the custodian’s event record carries more weight.
That limited claim is important: an official app can still be a current-inmate aid rather than a list of people released today.
Jasper County Bond Release Proof
The County Clerk’s official page handles individual and corporate bail-bond license applications, which shows a local licensed-bond layer. No official county bond schedule or pretrial-services office was found. A payment, bond-company statement, or court entry should not be treated as the physical release time.
For a bond event, pair two records. The Sheriff release record establishes when custody ended and whether another hold or transfer intervened. The court’s bond order and docket explain the legal basis. Felony records belong with the Jasper District Clerk; county-level misdemeanor records belong with the County Clerk. Bond ends detention pending proceedings, not the charge itself. A case may remain active after release.
Jasper Release Channels by Custody
The correct fallback depends on where the person went. Jasper Jail and Sheriff Records cover a county booking. TDCJ covers a person received into state prison and later released, paroled, or discharged. The BOP locator addresses federal sentences.
