Use TDCJ only for a state-prison record. A person released from Jasper County Jail without entering state custody may never appear in that system.

Former Inmate Visitation Rule
Jasper County Jail’s published visitation policy says a former Jasper County inmate may not visit a current inmate for 90 days after release unless the Sheriff or Jail Administrator grants written permission. That rule concerns visitation only. It does not establish how long a release record remains online or create a public release list.
Contact the jail before planning a visit, and request written permission through the facility when the policy applies. The release date used for the 90-day period should come from the jail record rather than an online assumption.
