A name, location, or other query entered into a search box passes to the third-party provider that operates the tool. We do not store or log those search terms on our own systems. The provider’s rules govern its handling of the query.
If you send an email or contact message, we retain the information needed to read and answer it. We do not share message contents outside the organization unless a valid legal requirement compels disclosure.

Browser settings also provide controls for cookies. A request does not remove an official Jasper County or Texas government record because this site does not host those records.
